The Vanmade® Original Mattress is made of high-quality high-resilience cold foam and has a continuous core, allowing you to easily divide or fold it. It is therefore ideal for campers, vans, and mobile bed constructions where the mattress needs to be moved, stored, or reconfigured regularly. A tricot layer protects the foam core, and on top of that, the soft anthracite Mountain fabric is applied. Can I also order mattresses or upholstery with curves?

You are also welcome to order your mattress or upholstery with curves. Simply send us a drawing of your desired configuration by e-mail to support@vanmade.de and we will prepare a customised quote for you. You can find the drawing templates HERE. Please note that radii of less than 5 cm cannot be taken into account for production reasons.

How do I configure a multi-part mattress?

You can easily enter the dimensions of the individual parts one after the other in our online configurator and then add them to your shopping basket – this is how you create your multi-part mattress. If you wish, you can also select practical features on the Vanmade® Original mattress such as Velcro strips on the underside.

Are all products foldable?

In principle, it is possible to manufacture all products except our premium mattress in a foldable design. However, we recommend that you avoid folding edges on our 7-zone mattress and our premium mattress as much as possible to ensure that the zones unfold completely.

Can I also use the mattress outdoors?

Thanks to its robust Cordura base fabric, the Vanmade® Original mattress is also suitable for outdoor use. Whether you want to relax in your roof tent or lie under the open sky, the Vanmade is ready for any adventure.

Do I need a special base such as a slatted frame for mattresses and upholstery?

All our mattresses and upholstery are designed to work on a solid surface and provide a high level of comfort. A base such as a slatted frame or disc springs will further enhance comfort.
