Technical structure
The innovative Natural Hybrid Foam combines lightness and stability: with only 40 kg/m³, it offers the shape retention of much heavier HR foams (52–70 kg/m³). Its high elasticity ensures even pressure distribution, relieves the back and intervertebral discs, and provides a pleasantly dry, climate-regulating seating experience thanks to excellent breathability.

All our cushions are always manufactured as finished products. If you would like something different, please take a look at our accessories.
On our Vanmade® Original mattress, Premium mattress and cushions, the zip is always positioned in the centre. Toppers and mattresses have the zip on the underside. Depending on the configuration, it is necessary to sew the zip in a U-shape across 2-3 sides of the cushions, which is done by our staff. If you have any special requests regarding the zip placement, please feel free to contact us.
