The folding function of our cushions ensures that your cushion is just as flexible as you are. The individual elements are connected by a double-stitched fabric bridge made from the same material and color as your chosen cover. This keeps everything stable, even when you fold or store the cushion regularly. Depending on the configuration, the folding seam can be on the top or bottom so that your cushion perfectly fits your setup and usage – whether as a lying surface or a foldable seating solution. In our online configurator, you can select up to three folding edges. If you’d like multiple folding edges stitched either all on top or all on the bottom, simply send us a message and we’ll find the optimal solution together with you.

Anti-slip for smooth surfaces
Especially on smooth surfaces such as wood or coated bases, the anti-slip bands provide optimal grip. To ensure your cushion stays where it should, 7.5 cm wide white anti-slip bands are sewn onto the underside. The durable rubber material reliably prevents slipping – even when the vehicle is in motion. This solution is ideal if you want to avoid alternative fastening methods but still desire stability and secure hold. Simple, safe, and effective – everything stays perfectly in place.

Velcro straps underneath for maximum grip
If you want maximum secure hold, Velcro straps are the perfect addition. The approximately 3–5 cm wide Velcro straps are sewn underneath the cushion and positioned about 5 centimeters from the outer edge. The counterpart is, of course, included – simply attach it to the base structure by gluing or stapling – done. This way, your cushions stay in place even during movement or modifications, yet can be easily detached whenever needed. Practical, neat, and absolutely reliable.

Yes – in our online configurator, you can, for example, connect the folding function between cushion elements with Velcro or anti-slip strips at the bottom. The anti-slip strips are particularly suitable for smoother surfaces; the Velcro strips come with the matching counterpart so that you can attach them to your construction.
Yes, that’s no problem. Simply send us a drawing with your measurements and the desired wedge shape. Feel free to use our drawing template for cushions and send it to support@vanmade.de.
You are also welcome to order your mattress or upholstery with curves. Simply send us a drawing of your desired configuration by e-mail to support@vanmade.de and we will prepare a customised quote for you. You can find the drawing templates HERE. Please note that radii of less than 5 cm cannot be taken into account for production reasons.
Yes! You can customise your cushions using our online configurator. Enter your exact measurements, the desired shape and additional options such as Velcro tape or anti-slip connection, and you will immediately receive an overview of the costs and weight of your cushions.
