The Vanmade® Original mattress is ideal if you are looking for a robust mattress that is suitable for outdoor use and needs to be moved or stowed away on a daily basis. Thanks to its durable materials, especially the Cordura underside, it can withstand intensive use and is also water and dirt repellent. You can also choose from practical features such as Velcro straps on the bottom or zip connections.
The price for a custom camper mattress is individual and varies depending on size, custom cut-outs, and mattress height. Use our online configurator to design your personal mattress and calculate the price as well as the weight immediately.

The Vanmade® Original mattress is available in three degrees of firmness: H2 for soft lying, H3 for medium firm comfort and H4 for a particularly firm lying surface. We recommend always considering the degree of firmness in conjunction with the mattress height – the lower the mattress, the higher the degree of firmness should be.
Yes. Our custom-made camping mattresses are tailored to your needs and can be perfectly adapted in terms of length and width to the challenges of any vehicle – whether it's a camper van, motorhome or even your car.
The cozy covers of our Vanmade® Original can be easily removed and machine-washed, ensuring long-term hygiene in your camper.

The more 40 kg/m³ foam can be used in the mattress, the greater your sleeping comfort will be. This can be easily explained by physics. The more material that can be incorporated into your custom-made mattress, the better it can absorb and compensate for your weight. This allows you to further increase your sleeping comfort in your camper, van or even your boat.
